The elusive Marine DJ. The only mention I can find is on page 169 of Littlejohn's "The Hitler Youth". Are there any other reference materials or photos available?

I bought the Marine DJ Sig Rune on the Collector's Guild site and I'm convinced it's good but have absolutely nothing to compare.

Hi,

I'm offering you my 100% orginal HJ belt + buckle.

The belt is complete but the innerbelt is appart from the outside belt.

But if you put the innerbelt on to the buckle and over the belt you can still use it on a mannequin!

The buckle is in a good condition but on the backside is some candle wax... you can easly get rid of it..

Just wondering if any of you people any military stuff from surplus shops like me. I'm in the habit of buying bits & pieces from surplus shops for everyday wear. For example, I have a coat/jacket fetish & have picked up common but nice things like

-West German Navy coat

-West German Airforce coat

-East German Grenztruppen Border guard coat (with cufftitle & shoulder boards)

-Swedish parka (I think it's also known as jeep coat) I wish I had the lambskin one but this is fake fur

This is one of the bits and pieces I picked up a while back. It's basically an advertisement produced by the RJF press office containing lots of positive stuff about how great it is to be in the HJ. The pamphlet mentions that the membership of the HJ at this time was 6,000,000 and so this would date it to 1937. What kind of shield where possible on these shirts? Only the model i've showed below?

En where to place the shield? (Note the diffrents on the 2 pictures)

Did they never wear a HJ armband and shoulderboards?

Sometimes posts go completely unanswered. I realise that there may be other reasons for this but would it help matters if the 'last 10 topics' scroller was removed? HJ summer uniform project

I'm trying to assemble a HJ summer uniform. These are the items I have so far.

The shirt shows lots of use and some repairs. It has an original attached Gebietsdreieck. The buttons seem to be an early version, they are made of leather. One button is missing, so if anybody has a button of this style it would be really nice if I could buy it. At the cuffs there are also buttons missing. Would the same style of buttons be used there as well? If so, I need more of the leather style buttons.

Thought this was an interesting find, however I'm not sure it belongs in this area. I believe this cap metal belongs on a HJ Student League visor cap. Have not seen one of these before, much less the HJ visor cap.

I've noticed quite a few different versions of RZM M7/2 marks on genuine Voos HJ's (on this forum and elsewhere), but have only recently started to keeps pics of them. If you have one can you please post a pic of the mark and the date and other details as described below?

I'd like to see how many different versions we can come up with.

This one is interesting as the two '7's are different, and only one has a slash through it.

If we can supply detail, it could be a good reference for ...

Mottoed HJ's with post 1938 date?

In theory, HJ's with the motto were dis-continued in August 1938. Has anyone ever seen an original HJ with a date later than 1938? I believe there are some out there, but have never seen one. I would think that some of the bigger manufacturers would have had plenty of stock with the etched motto when the change in regulations came into force, and I doubt they would have scrapped them just to comply. Any thoughts on this subject?

These are my Hjs that have an RZM Mark only and a motto. I think they are the rarest of all regular production HJs. The RZM only with motto and no ricasso are absolutely the rarest style of HJs in my opinion. I have two without ricasso a Voos and an Eickhorn. What have you guys got? Russ
